With over 20 years of experience, our Team has been advising people, just like you, on how to sign up for Medicare and plan for a worry-free retirement.

Thousands of retirees, including past employees of TUSD, Raytheon, The US Postal Service, Union Pacific Railroad, University of Arizona, The City of Tucson, and The State of Arizona have come to us for our expertise in transitioning from group and individual health plans to Medicare. Meet Our Team

Matthew De Luca

Retirement Advisor

For over 30 years, Matthew De Luca has been in the business of helping people. Matt has finished as a top 20, President’s Circle, advisor with Futurity First for the last 7 years in a row. Matt is also a Platinum Premier Producer with United healthcare (UHC), this is the highest distinction an advisor can achieve with UHC.

Matt lives in Tucson, Arizona with his wife, Marilyn, and 1 of their 5 children who still live at home. When he is not busy educating retirees on ways to preserve their quality of life, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with Marilyn, bird watching, exercising, and cycling.

Sarah Escamillas

Retirement & Insurance Advisor

Sarah Escamillas joined our team in early 2022. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.

She believes in the importance of educating our clients on all their options so they can make informed decisions about their Medicare and retirement needs. With over 18 years of customer service experience, Sarah values serving her community and building long, lasting relationships.
Born and raised right here in Tucson, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting and traveling.

Marilyn De Luca

Office Manager

Marilyn is our Office Manager.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona in Public Administration.  She also holds a Master’s Degree from ASU in Social Work, with a specialization in Child Welfare.  She spent nearly 2 decades serving the Tucson Community, working with children and families.

Marilyn joined the FFIG team in 2019 and has been an integral part of the growth of the Tucson office.  She is a Tucson Native who loves traveling and spending time outside when she’s not helping clients.
